In addition to housing a thriving arts venue, Cranleigh Arts’ beautiful, historic building is available to hire. Our versatile rooms offer a unique and inspiring setting for a wide range of occasions.

Jack Wagg Auditorium

Our main auditorium provides a highly adaptable setting for lectures, live music, theatre, private screenings, public meetings, parties and launch events. Facilities include air conditioning, flexible seating (from raked to cabaret), staging, an induction loop, backstage facilities and a cinema screen. View our tech spec here.

Mixed seating/standing capacity: 280 (220 standing, 60 balcony seating)

Seated capacity: flexible from 130-195 (depending on configuration)

Crane Room

Complete with a licensed bar and kitchen facilities, the Crane Room is perfect for celebrations, presentations, meetings and focus groups. With a fold-out partition, the room can also be divided into two smaller breakout spaces.

Seated capacity: 50

Studio

A light room with mirrored walls, our studio is an excellent location for rehearsals, dance and fitness classes. With access to a sink and cleaning facilities, our studio is also a popular space for workshops and craft activities.

Pottery & Make Space

Our newly refurbished pottery is an ideal space to run workshops or develop your own creative projects. Equipment includes three  Shimpo pottery wheels and a kiln.

Gallery

With original arched windows, a cafe and flexible seating, our beautiful gallery provides an excellent space for social activities, functions and meet-ups. View the floor plan here.
